“Clear Gifs” help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movement of Web users. Clear gifs are not tied to users’ personally identifiable information. Fonestak, Wabbitt, LLC also use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails the recipients have opened. This agreement will terminate immediately, without notice from Fonestak, Wabbitt, LLC, if in Fonestak, Wabbitt, LLC’s. sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
Other
In the event any provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted consistent with the applicable laws noted in this Agreement as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and in full force and effect. You must still abide by any provisions of the Agreement that are not in violation of such law.
Changes/Updates
Fonestak, Wabbitt, LLC reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time by posting the changes online. You are responsible for reviewing information posted online with respect to such changes. Your continued visits, use of the service and/or purchase of products and services through the Site constitute your acceptance of these terms, as modified by any posted changes.
