1. Dial your Fonestak Number.
2. Press 1*.
3. Enter the default PIN and press #.
4. Listen to the introductory prompt and follow the instructions to create a new PIN.
5. Follow the instructions to record your name announcement. Speak your first and last name and then press #.
6. Listen to the tutorial explain the different types of greetings and provide options to record each type.
7. Select the option and press 1 to hear a sample greeting or wait for beep to record.
8. Record your greeting, when finished, press #.
9. Accept your greeting, re-record or use the system greeting.

1. Go to www._________ and login with your Fonestak number and PIN to access your account settings.
2. Go to Notification under Manage My Account.
3. Select Set Up Notification.
4. To send email notifications with a voicemail or fax attached, enter a valid email address in the Email Address field and click Add Attachment.
5. To send email notification without an attachment enter a valid email address in the Email Address field and click Add.
6. Go to Activate Notification and under Notify me through email, click “Every time I receive a message.”
7. Click on Fax and repeat step 6 for Fax email notifications.

1. Go to www.________ and login with your Fonestak number and PIN to access your account settings.
2. Go to Find Me Follow Me under Manage My Account.
3. Enter up to 5 telephone numbers separating each by a :
4. Select the out dialing order from the dropdown, choose either Sequential (order you entered the telephone numbers) or Simultaneous.
5. Click check box for the caller s name to be announced when you are located, before you accept the call.
6. Click check box for the caller to be prompted for voice mail while you are being located.
7. Click check box Enable FMFM
8. Click on the Save button.
